Im totally imagining Jess witnessing the aftermath of a number of heats where Poe did go off with a total stranger and came back in a bad way. And Jess going ‘enough is enough!’ before taking Poe aside and setting out her proposal that the next time his hormones go crazy, she can look after him. And I can see Poe looking uncomfortable with it, she’s a friend and he’s in charge of her. But then the next heat comes around and Jess manages to chase away the guy Poe was trying to leave with, and one thing leads to another and oh my god, Jess blows his mind with her strap on.
