Ahahaha oh my god. I work in a university dining hall as a dishwasher/prep cook and I'm trying to imagine Kylo Ren in the dish pit and he'd either be the best and most efficient dishwasher ever with the Force or he'd fly into a rage after getting dish water in his mouth (a daily affair for me personally). I am super into the fact that he'd have to tie his hair up tho :3

I guess since Finn worked in sanitation he'd be a custodian, Poe seems like he'd be that charming customer service guy who makes everyone giggle, Rey is the badass line cook who's hacked everyone's recipes to make them fucking perfection, and Hux can be our well-dressed, intimidating and silently critical admin who wants us to be the best ever and that's why he'll nitpick things like how tall the trash cans are
