Poe is bad and his Dom punishes him, his Dom is really upset with him, and it's not the first time this happened. So they decide to try out a new punishment because their normal punishment clearly isn't working well enough because he's still disobeying.
Poe reacts really bad to the new punishment, but he's so angry at himself for messing up and upsetting his Dom again that he refuses to safe word. At first he thinks he can just hide it because he never needed to safe word before, plus he's been so bad that he deserves his punishment.
Until he starts crying and having a panic attack, and his Dom immediately stops and starts worrying over him. But Poe's convinced that he's doing wrong again starts begging for his Dom not to stop because he clearly deserves it for worrying him even more.
