Poe is a famous Hall of Fame-bound baseball player nearing the end of his career. (Let's say he's a shortstop.) Finn is the newbie journalist assigned to basically shadow Poe and write a profile on him for a well-known sports mag. Somehow this leads to ~love~. (Would prefer something cute and romcom-y and less... sports-related homophobia and gay panic.)
