PASSENGER

Matt had a hard day, Kylo knows. Matt was awkward at the cafeteria; Matt doesn't know how to be around people. Everyone says he only got this job because of his relatives. Shirley screamed at him three times today in front of a whole deck of stormtroopers.

He deserves comfort. He deserves someone who understands him, Kylo thinks.

They're alone in his quarters. Lying together, chest to back. They breathe together.

Kylo insinuates his hand under the shirt, trails his touch up Matt's smooth skin. He can feel the ribs. Matt is too skinny. Matt is too sensitive. Matt's nipple twinges when he pinches it.

He gentles his touch, tries again. Better.

He strokes Matt's collarbone, imagines his mouth there, and feels his throat close. Too much. Matt hasn't had anyone touch him like this before. It's not that he doesn't want it. It just--

Matt sighs against him.

How long has it been since someone touched him, Kylo wonders. Matt doesn't really have many friends. He can't have had much experience with this. He must be so lonely, so starved for it, and Kylo smooths his whole hands down Matt's soft stomach, trying to will the heat from his palms into the skin. He wishes he could kiss him, without the helmet in the way. Suck the skin of his throat and the tender patches inside his arms.

He wants to make this good for Matt. Spread him out and work on him, gently, so there's no pain.

Daring, he reaches back and palms Matt's skinny ass, imagines the jump and stutter. "Shhhh," he breathes. "It's okay. I won't hurt you."

He thinks of what people would think if they knew Kylo Ren, Master of the Knights of Ren, was capable of such gentleness and sensuality. It's okay.

Only Matt will know. It will be their secret.

And people must wonder, too, what Kylo Ren sees in Matt the technician, with his messy blond hair and his glasses and his awkward stare. Let them wonder. Kylo knows what none of them will ever know.

Matt shudders and relaxes against him in perfect trust. "That's right," Kylo breathes. "I've got you. You're safe with me." Matt lets out a sob against his neck and Kylo gently, gently brushes a finger between his legs.

Matt convulses. Force, it feels so good. He must have gone without for so long. No one wanted him; no one understood him. Not until Kylo. Kylo will give him this, what he so desperately needs and deserves.

It's hard to hold back. He runs his fingertips along Matt's hairless thighs, his other hand holding him close across the chest, secure against him.

He clasps him tight, almost compressing Matt's breath, keeping him still when he wants to shake apart

When he starts to touch him in earnest, closing his hand around him, Matt starts to sob.

"Shhh," Kylo says again. He's crying too, but silently. He can feel tears running down his face.

The skin of Matt's dick feels impossibly soft, unthinkably tender. He's never noticed how soft this skin is before. It feels too good, and he bears down, jerking roughly with the cruel grip he habitually uses on himself, but it's too rough for Matt, who cries out. "Sorry," Kylo whispers. "I'm sorry, shh. Here..." He slows down, tries to make his touch softer.

It works, it's working. It's torturous but so, so good, and he wants to be good to Matt. Matt who has been so alone. Who probably hasn't even touched himself in so long. And he loves this, Kylo thinks, Matt loves Kylo's hand on him, he can't get enough of it, squirming and panting and weeping in Kylo's arms.

He imagines pressing his lips to Matt's skinny shoulder, breathing in his ear, "Yes, yes, I've got you, you can trust me, no one will know. " He means the sobbing mess that Matt is becoming. "Just let go, just let me take you."

His face is wet and his dick is wet and his hand is shaking with the effort of not speeding up, and pleasure comes in slow breaking waves that are nothing like what Kylo has felt before, nothing like the short sharp convulsive way Kylo comes when he touches himself.

This is a slow luxurious falling-apart, shattering again and again until he's striped with Matt's come, shuddering with him, spent.

Kylo wraps Matt in his arms, hands cradling his knobby elbows. Matt's face is streaked with tears. "It's okay," Kylo says softly, "It's okay. I'm not going anywhere."

He's not going anywhere.

Holy shit this really felt like a punch to the gut. It was funny, and then suddenly it was the saddest thing in the world. I felt so fucking bad for Kylo, who is just a hopeless mess and you captured that PERFECTLY.

Definitely one of the best fills on here, and something I'll be thinking about for a while.

I'm crying. Not like ... normal, internet LOL "crying." Sitting here in front of my glowing screen with actual tears of pain in my eyes and trying to keep absolutely quiet. I did not know I needed this. But I hope you will post it on the AO3 or somewhere that it's easier to keep track of, because fuck. You just hit all of Kylo's "can't be weak. Can't be foolish. Can't be unmanly," issues with a goddamn mallet in this fic, and it's incredible. The sheer compassion he's (very tentatively) offering his vulnerable, lonely alt!self makes me flinch. But - good flinch? I love your fill. I fiercely /love/ your fill.
