Kylo Ren left a little of himself in Poe in that interrogation as a failsafe so that when he meditates he can access Poe's mind. What he doesn't expect is to get his feelings with it, especially how Poe feels for a certain ex-stormtrooper.
How he deals with this is up to you:
Does he become even more obsessed with tracking Finn down and killing him?
Does he become obsessed with having Finn (or Poe) or both?
If Poe's in love with Finn and Rey how does that set Ren off?

Bonus if Poe's relationship with Leia, who was friends with Poe's parents, sets Kylo off too.
Double Bonus if Kylo sees through Poe's eyes Luke training Rey and Finn and gets turned on by it just as Poe is.
